In half year since we ordered the services from them the job was done once. Rest of the time big mess with this company. Do NOT RECOMMEND! Be aware!!

Very dissatisfied with the service! At least once per month one of my containers was not washed and each time I would go to pick it up from the corner of the street I would be stressed out whether it was washed or not, because if it was not washed then I would have to call them the next day and make an appointment (they won’t call you but charge you anyway!!!) while all of my green waste I have collected throughout the previous day would have to go to general waste container! I have called them multiple times with complaints about it and asked for some solutions but their computer systems are outdated and their workers don’t seem to do their job diligently. I would definitely not recommend this company!
Cleanprofs increased prices with 25% without informing me. We also paid for the summer months, while no cleaning took place. When I commented on Facebook with the exact same comment. They deleted the comment and blocked me from commenting.
Nice when they actually clean the containers. Sadly they sometimes forget....
